Hello and welcome to EBOFF film making group
We are a mixed bag of older people, living in and around Enfield and, since 2022, have had great fun in making and showing amateur films. Most of our films are 20 minute dramas – we also like to make short silent comedies. Our planning meetings (and our open public socials) are held on a Sunday afternoon to enable anyone who works, as well as those who are retired, to come along. Following each planning meeting, we start to make our next film and adapt our filming schedule to the needs of the actors.

In our socials we show our films, alongside other entertainment and quizzes. Sometimes our socials generate a surplus and this money is put back into hiring rooms/paying licence fees etc.

We were established as an Enfield Borough Over 50s Creative Theatre Group in 2022 and we are grateful to the Forum for retaining us as one of their groups, as this makes us part of a charitable organisation with strong links in the Borough.
